SOURCING MANAGER
College degree in either Business or Electrical engineering;
2-5 years in Sourcing/procurement experience requirement, mechanical background required;
Fluent English;
Experience on this position.
Job Description:
The primary role of this individual will be to expand the Corporate Sourcing footprint into our company in Manaus in order to fully develop all localization functions that pertain to the sourcing activity of mechanicals and packaging.
Responsibilities will include the negotiation of quarterly pricing of localized components, developing a more robust supply chain to minimize supply chain issues, and aggressively expanding the current local supply base in order to improve competitive situations in this area. 
The candidate will also work with the Manaus Procurement and Supply Chain Teams to improve payment terms on all components so that they are aligned with corporate standards and will continue to manage our company Preferred Supplier list to insure that all suppliers directly support the Manaus facility rather than relying on secondary distribution. 
The final task of this candidate will be to work with the Manaus facility finance team in order to better understand and track actual costs vs. budgeted costs on a quarterly basis.
